Very spacious, very clean and very quiet spot. Granville is a lovely college town and the main square was walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Quaint house in a quiet area of Granville
When we opened the door and walked into the Guest House we were very happy. It was a nice surprise! It was tastefully decorated and spacious.

Unique apartment in quaint town
This room, or "the Loft" as it is called is a neat apartment above a barber shop right in the middle of the quaint small town of Granville. It is close to all the restaurants and shops. You access it via a somewhat steep stairway so this is not for someone challenged by stairs, especially when toting a suitcase. Bathroom also a bit small for someone accustomed to more space. With those qualifications, the apartment is a real gem: a suite, with a sitting area, table and desk - all decorated in a kitchy theme - with tv, radio, fridge, coffee maker and supplies. Something really different. fits with this slice of Amaricana town.

Solid stay
Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful spaciuos interior. Beautiful big back yard . The Guest House is really a house rental handled transactions wise as a hotel room. No rental agreements needed signing at least going through Expedia. Keep in mind that maid service does not come in if staying more then one night to make bed, sheets changes etc. Private, beautiful, solid.
