The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, built-in oven, 4 gas burners, coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave.
A living room/lounge with a bay window opening onto the terrace.
You have a table and chairs for 4 people, TV, a 2-seater sofa bed and a large closet.
TWO bedrooms with 140 cm double bed and closet.
Outside, a barbecue, a table and chairs for 4 people, relax, parasol, solar shower (second bathroom for summer).
The chalet is located in the town of Grayan 9 KM from SOULAC/mer 10 Mn by car, 7 km from Montalivet.
Our very natural supervised beach is 4 km away (5 min by car) and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Going up towards Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sports activities (jet ski, sailing lessons etc.). You also have night markets every evening in the surrounding villages. (Grayan, Vensac, Talais...)
Going up 10 km you have the ferry which can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and its oyster parks, tastings on site possible with a view of the bird island!!
