Pros: clean, comfortable, quiet area, working TV/microwave/fridge/hot water
Cons:
Inadequate/limited front desk hours. No emergency contact info. Emergency maintenance not available (one person no help for a flooded room for 3+ hours).
Some front desk personnel do not understand English adequately enough for this customer-oriented business.
Narrow halls and outdated building/furniture; staff could not open double doors to allow luggage cart passage.
Room light switch at door turns ALL lights on/off (very bad when other people are sleeping); one AC outlet didn't work.
No Wi-Fi (they have it, it did NOT work adequately). Poor to no cell reception area, zero inside the building.
$50 "fee/taxes" per night on top of room rate well exceeds 13% at other hotels.
No daily trash disposal of room's waste cans. No maid service in room
Conclusion:
I would not recommend this place, nor stay here again. The Hotels.com rating of 8.6 was unrealistic, and should have been more like a 7.0 or so.
