While the continental breakfast was not too bad, the hotel had pools/whirlpools not functioning during our stay and we weren’t informed or compensated. There were dirty children’s shoes and clothing under the one bed in our room when we checked in.

Property is ok. It definitely needs some updating in plumbing and electrical. The room we stayed in was quite dated. It had no window, the bathroom shower was tiny, but it did have a jacuzzi tub. The bed was very uncomfortable. It also did not seem like our thermostat worked either. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and we were able to leave our vehicle here and use their shuttle service.

Guy on checkin was useless … room was marginal for the price …. We overlooked convention area and were woken up at 7:30 am by a person on a loudspeaker …smoke detector battery was dead and beeping , asked to replace twice and nothing … coffee area was marginal , service was terrible … hot tub not in service … overall very disappointing

I normally love this hotel. My last visit we were given a king room with a view of the stairs. Also there were screws in the carpet. Very odd. Normally wouldn’t care but the hotel was not at capacity and very quiet on a Sunday evening.

It is an enjoyable experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient with ample parking. Hot tub was shut down and unavailable, but the pool was open so theres that. All in all 9.5/10
