Clean! Quiet! Conveniently located to the shops that I as a Canadian cross border shopper wanted to visit. Target and Hobby Lobby are fairly close by. Lots of restaurants and fast food chains as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the lobby in the morning was just fine
