This is an exceptional villa for peaceful oceanfront relaxation. Other people here are few and far between. But when you're ready for a party, or just a casual outdoor meal, Nippers Beach Bar & Grill is just a quick stroll down the beach.

The house is designer-appointed with: Master Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bath featuring double sinks for added convenience. Second Bedroom: Queen bed, ideal for couples or additional family members. Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle, perfect for children or additional guests. Guest Bathrooms: Two shared guest bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. Full Kitchen: Equipped with all modern amenities, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Dining Room: Elegant dining area that comfortably seats 6 guests. Living Room: Spacious and beautifully furnished, ideal for relaxation and entertainment. The covered outdoor living space is truly expansive with separate dining and lounging space for six, recessed lighting and ceiling fans, to make every hour taking in the view, comfortable and serene.
