The Marina Townhouses are the most popular rentals on Great Harbour Cay. You can't beat the location. Well protected in a "hurricane hole", and only a mile from the beach! This unit features 2 ensuite bedrooms on the upper level. Sliding glass doors open onto a patio, overlooking the marina. On the main level, is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This is a great family space, bright and cheery, with fantastic views of the marina. There are two large sofas in which, in a pinch, can double as beds for two people. The kitchen boasts new appliances. Guests have access to a washer and dryer. On the lower level of the unit, there is a boat slip for vessels up to 40 feet. Center console and tuna towers can be accommodated. New features include reverse osmosis water and Starlink WIFI.

Everything we needed.
The condo was perfect for us, it had everything we needed. Cold a/c, hot showers, great water pressure, and plenty of room for everyone. Check in and out was easy. Great Harbour is a beautiful place with the friendliest people.Will definitely book again.

When checking in there was no power for the first night till 11pm which means no air and it was 96 degrees and second night same thing problem is hvac didn’t work either the 3 rd and 4 th night Asmir didn’t work but we sleep in another unit next door we will probably never go back to great harbor cay. Terrible memory !!!!!!!!

Great Harbour cay townhouse
Property is in the marina and boat stays right under the townhouse. Very convenient. The town house comes with what you need. The island is easy to get around so you are in a great location. Over all we loved our stay 😊

Great lodging for Family Fishing Trip

We were supposed to stay here 2 nights, but our boat had engine trouble and we only stayed 1 night, but the place was great, clean, and the dock was in good shape. We met Freddie, the property manager, and he was awesome! Since, we were only there 1 night, he was kind enough to take us to a local grocery store for some food for our dinner. He is a great person to have managing the place!

It is great to have your boat right at your place. This is much more convenient than having to drive back and forth from a rental house on the beach. Great Harbour is an awesome island-real laid back and chill.

Great 4th of July Trip
Fred is very responsive and on time for check-in process. He will easily answer a call or Text at anytime. Place was clean and has plenty of sleeping room. We will definitely be back for another trip!
