Strap on your ski's and hop on the lift right from the patio. This beautifully renovated condo is right next to SnowPine @ Holiday Valley.

Perfect for 2 couples or a single family.

Kitchen has brand new everything (including crockpot, electric griddle, drip and kcup coffee machiens). Living room has a 65" Roku TV, electric fireplace and a sliding door to the patio that opens at ground level for direct access to the hill.

Easy keyless entry. Parking (limit 2 cars winter weekends/holidays), WiFi, cable TV & in-unit laundry included.

Just mins from the quaint village of Ellicottville, NY. There's an on the hour shuttle to Holiday Valley main lodge during the ski season.

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. This lift is a day lift and can be weather dependent. Its normal hours of operation are from the opening of the resort (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays) to about 4pm during the ski season. If you are looking for some night skiing you can easily get to the Sunrise lift which is a day and night lift by walking to the end of the development and walking about 30 yards past the outdoor pull up bars about 30 yards to the tree line. You should be able to see blue lift through the trees. It's no more than 1 minute to SnowPine and a 5 minute walk to Sunrise. To get back to the condo you can take the Last Chance or Catwalk trails which are lit at night. It's recommended you look at a map of the resort to get familiar with these lifts and trails before you arrive.

Family ski trip
Absolutely perfect location adjacent to Snow Pine lift. We were able to ski right up to the back deck. The condo has all the modern updates. We have stayed in 5 different places around the Holiday Valley area, and this was by far the best.

Great house for a weekend trip!
My friends and I had a bachelorette weekend at this house and it was very clean, beautiful and the house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Josh was a great host and we would stay here again! The location is very quiet in the off season which was relaxing.

Nicely renovated property near the slopes
We stayed in this building last year and this unit was much nicer and recently renovated. The unit is on the "ground" level which would make skiing off the patio convenient (had their been sufficient snow to do that). Instead, we drove to the Holiday Valley lodge (there is a shuttle that picks up at the unit too) and snowed the slopes that were open. The kitchen was well equipped for the few days we stayed there. The beds are on the firm side (at least for us). Everything was very nice! We'd rent this unit again.
