The Penthouse is conveniently located in the sought-after seaside resort of Gorleston, all with the nearby beach in just a short 1 min walk. Close to the local amenities including shops, takeaways and pubs. Access to the nearest supermarkets, leisure and sports facilities is just around the corner. Gorleston lies to the south of Great Yarmouth with its own huge bay and riverside and stunning sandy beach. It benefits from an Edwardian theatre, popular dining and dancing venues, seaside attractions, amusements, pubs and cafes.

Please note that the balcony is not accessible.
Currently there is some renovation works ongoing on the outside of the main building. You may be able to see some scaffolding pipes when looking out of the main window in the lounge however this won't affect the fantastic view .

The only downfall was the number of stairs, you had to go up to get to the apartment. Everything else was fine.

Lovely clean spacious flat in a good location. Only downfall we found the showers problematic and notified owners immediately for their awareness.

Not any good for young children as there few flights of stairs up to the penthouse. No lift! Corridor is very dirty and smelly other residents smoking weed also apartment was not that clean, felt extremely unsafe and left to find a hotel. No offer of help from the owners or QF living!!
