OK stay for the price!
Posted 30 Jun. 2021 on HotelsThe thing that stood out at this hotel was the service and kindness of receptionist and host Donja. It was also an accommodating stay due to the porch space. Our room did not have as many windows as I would have liked. Along with this minor detail, I will also say that the humidity was a little higher than I would have liked. For the price, this stay was okay, but the humidity was a negative factor for us (we are being picky about this).

The airline lost our bag during a flight connection and the hotel was very helpful in helping getting the bag back from the airline. The hotel is decent place for a good price.

It was a great stay for the price, except for the fact that I got MULTIPLE bug bites whenever I would sleep in the bed. I kindly informed the manager for the next guest, but she insisted that it wasn’t possible because she had changed the sheets for our stay. My guess is that it was flea bites.

Disgusting place but had friendly staff
Posted 17 Apr. 2019 on HotelsOnly wanted a room for 10 hours because we had a late flight. Thought we would leave our luggage and freshion up before heading to the airport. Our first room had damp wall and mild then changed rooms, not as bad condition but had smelly damp bedding and towels.

We never have chance to check-in,the front door was close and what greeted us is a notice posted to the door, that we have to go to the other hotel and so we did.The receptionist told us to wait 30 min. for our ride again to another hotel,then 3 hours past we still waiting and the receptionist already left,we tried calling their number, they would pick up and hang it up right away I guess the person from the other line dont know how to speak english.Very terrible experience,their staffs are sucks I would never recommend this hotel. I sent a message to expdia if I can get my money back. This hotel shound not be operating thier numbers are useless and very poor staffs.Forever negative star for this hotel, never ever get reservation from them, PERIOD...

The worst people "hotel" ever
Posted 17 Oct. 2017 on HotelsActually we booked lignos hotel but we didn't stay at lignos cos was closed. VERY VERY roude receptionist, she told as we have to stay at blu sky hotel they are the same owner because lignos is closed. Of course not far to heach other but the different is the blu sky is down the hill and quiet different location. I don't raccomand at all this hotel.
We generally find santorini people unplesant, 0 costumers service and some of them aggressive and very roude ( bus driver, taxi driver, ticket man, hotelier, receptionist, shop people ecc ecc)
