Itā€™s clear that they have just opened and not crossed all their Tā€™s but it was a good stay. 1.Walk with a water shoes as the sand is kinda rocky for me 2. Lot of dinner options and the food was good 3. Nice buffet options 4. The property is huge so you might have some walking to do to get to places depending on where your room is. I was in the fourth floor west wing so it was a walk to get to the buffet but I didnā€™t mind 5. If youā€™re party people this hotel might not be the ideal option but for relaxing, not too loud this would be perfect

they are or were a new hotel at the time and it was there pre grand opening, it has a lot of potential. we were understanding that they just open and still had some kinks to work out, had an issue with one of the cleaning staff that came in our room even though she knew that we didnt want anyone coming in when we werent in the room, luckily my wife decided to sleep in a little longer one day while my duaghter and I were at breakfast and to the cleaning ladys surprise my wife was still in bed when she tried to come in our room for no reason. Tyrese and the entertainment staff where the best they made the trip better.

My husband and i had a good time. The workers where welcoming. Only thing the restaurant Jamrock there food was very salty. Oh also, the MVP sports bar should play reggae music and not rock.

There is nothing like the Princess Grand Resort! We stayed for 5 nights, and every single night was paradise! The pool space and seat placement are perfect for any type of vacation! The room was incredibly comfy, clean and made sense. If you're still guessing book your trip, you will love it there!

Went for a quick gateway my room has the swim up pool where I could see the sunset I also had two butlers Questos and Julian who were very helpful and awesome. The sports bar has awesome chicken wings and the Jamrock was ok, the food came out luke warm but I figured maybe because we went to dinner late. Other than that all the resturants food trucks, and pools are nice. The entry into the hotel is stunning and you really know your in paradise as soon as you walk in!!! Looking forward to planning my next trip in the future. From MBJ airport this is an hour drive but it is totally worth it

Il nostro soggiorno ĆØ stato eccellente: la struttura nuovissima ĆØ ben curata ed il personale proattivo e gentilissimo sempre.L'offerta di cibo ĆØ bevande ĆØ eccellente ed ampia, varia e di qualitĆ , sia nella versione buffet che nei ristoranti tematici. Le camere sono ampissime ed in grado di ospitare una famiglia comodamente. Serramenti insorizzati verso l'esterno, non verso il corridoio. Uniche note stonate, nell'eccellenza generale, sono, se vogliamo, la musica da discoteca troppo forte e pervasiva in tutte le diverse aree delle piscine ed il diving center non all'altezza della struttura.

The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was great for families. I would have liked to experience the adult side of the property. The property is new and has some tweaks that were addressed immediately but that is to be expected with any new properties. I think that overtime it will be one of the most visited properties in the area. The food was awesome and I appreciated the daily Jamaican cuisine. I plan to go back soon.

Resort needs some improvements, such as music around the property, entertainment, butler training. Food was just average. Overall, it needs work to be called a 4 star resort. At this point it is just a 3.5. Good night shows, decent beach, pretty clean.

I don't normally leave reviews for places I stayed, but I had to leave a review for this resort! Princess Grand Jamaica was fabulous. The staff, the rooms, the activities, the atmosphere was EXCELLENT. Our family decided to go to Jamaica over Christmas this year and we stayed at the Princess Grand Jamaica All inclusive resort and had the BEST time. My favorite thing was the staff and the food! The people at this resort go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We were there for a full week and I can't wait to go back!
