Huge resort that never felt so big! Pools all over beach front beautiful! So many bars to choose from. Restaurants serving such amazing food! Rooms very spacious with amazing views. The staff, I canā€™t say enough about them! So nice always making sure that our trip was going well. Would definitely go back!

Being relatively new, the resort was super chill, clean and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling excursions offered through Scuba Caribe (did them twice!) and everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. Pretty much the only issue we had was with the elevators on the adult side seemed to be out of service a lot which was a little annoying with us being on the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience otherwise the resort is built to be very accessible and are very accommodating when you need help. Negril Beach is only a 15 min drive away so you can easily spend the day there and access other activities. We had a great week just relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this place for those looking for a chill resort.

I had a platinum swim up suite. It was beautiful! My butler, Thornille, went above and beyond constantly (including getting me a very personal/emotional) gift for my birthday. I never needed to ask him for anything since he was anticipating everything I would want or need before I knew that I needed it. The rest of the staff was incredible as well. Bartenders are friendly and efficient. I did have a few hiccups at check in and throughout my stay, but no one is perfect and they did everything they could to rectify the situations as they occurred. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone! And if you get Thornille as a butler, tell him I said hi!

Princess Senses is a beautiful new addition. The room was nice and clean. The cleaners did an excellent job everyday. They have plenty of pools, ocean front property and free water activities. The steakhouse was good and jerk jam was top restaurants. Staff went out their way to help out with my request. Pro: Clean All inclusive Good dinner restaurants Peaceful not party environment Great staff Beautiful scenery Cons: -Expensive to go into town, taxi was quoted at 120 to go 25 minutes away. -Avoid traffic time to Montego Bay airport, took 3 hours from the airport. -Food was always luke warm. Never hot food -breakfast and lunch options not the best - checkout took 45 minutes - needs better activities during the day (too Americanized, didnā€™t get a Jamaican vibe with music)

The Resort is very beautiful with great views of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful very clean and The food is very good they have many great restaurants to dine at and the staff is very nice.The resort is also still very new so it can be very confusing as the staff still doesnā€™t know where everything is, our elevator to our floor stopped working as we were on the 4th floor and our TV on the last day stopped working as well. The Spa was great but none of the saunas or steam rooms were working at the time. The hotel offers free airport transportation but was difficult to get into contact with them as you need to book it 3 days prior, resulting in us having to take our own.The casino also still is not finished. Overall I had a great time at this resort they offer a lot of activities and kayaking included it has a lot of potential just needs time to catch up

This is a beautiful property! It opened Nov 2024 and I took my husband there for his birthday in January. The friendly and hospitable staff made our stay very relaxing and fun. Our butlers, Richardo and Davel, were the best! Abigail, who works at the platinum lounge was the sweetest and helped to ensure my husband had a great celebratory week! Sue Ann- Dante, and Dwight were a few of our favorite bartenders/waiters. We look forward to visiting this resort again soon!!

This new property is ramping up its occupancy to be sure everything is going well. Property, rooms, amenities, service and food were all excellent considering they have been focusing on the big things. There are minor ā€œfit and finishā€ details that they have to addressed, but they did not affect the quality of our stay. Our butlers Davel and Richardo made the stay effortless. The food was the best we have experienced for an all-inclusive of which weā€™ve stayed at many. Having a private beach eliminated being continually approached by beach vendors. The resort is new and beautiful, big so a lot of walking required, clean , good food options, beach is nice but not very long , limited to the resort only , water is pretty shallow wish it was deeper for swimming especially on the adult side of the resort where the kids canā€™t go

Extraordinary Kadrene made my birthday šŸ’Æ Grand. The Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort Industry Cove Green Island, Hanover staff is AWESOME!!! Christopher etc... candlelight dinner delicious šŸ˜‹

Very friendly staff. Pool staff a little slow with getting waters and drink orders but because site quiet new-perhaps some growing pains. Front desk more than happy to receive feedback on how to make stay better. Food amazing! Decor outstanding. Will become a go to for future travellers. Every room with a view of the ocean Rooms could be a bit cooler settings -we were on fourth and top floor so wonder if this had anything to do with higher temp (24c)ā€¦
