for an $800 a night room, this had a lot of add-ons that were never told to us. Donations that they took automatically, amenities fees, and parking in the dirt parking lot overnight. They squeezed every penny out of an already expensive room. It was a nice view. When we arrived, the air-conditioning wasn’t on and because it was a humid day, the bedding was almost completely wet. Very uncomfortable nights sleep overall if I paid 500 a night I would probably be OK with it but at the room charges, this was really not worth it and I will not be back.

It was a quick one trip to Greenport. Location makes it ideal to park and walk for the day. Spent some time shopping and exploring the town. I personally wouldn’t sit by the small beach area because the marina water tends to be murky but the pool was clean and heated. Considering it’s a holiday weekend not over crowded. Seats by the pool. Over all I would stay again it’s was a perfect trip.

The location was great! But the pictures were deceiving because the beach though walkable cannot be accessible. The breakfast could be improved to add protein like sausage or bacon. I do not know what is destination fee of $75 was for, aside from parking $25 that was not mentioned in the information.
