I didn’t like the first floor room. It was next to the laundry and side door. The most disturbing thing was the window was to the room was wide open when I came in. I spoke to the front desk who sent maintenance however they took it nonchalantly. He put a lock on the window, the lock was broken so I felt my safely was at risk all night. I barely slept.

The front desk person was friendly. The lobby area appeared clean and in order. Our room was also clean however there were a few things that should be addressed. 1) The desk chair was terrible worn, 2) the bed was noisy and not comfortable at all, 3) they used four 16x16 pillows for a king size bed, 4) the water pressure from the sink was low and didn’t it get hot. I’m glad we were not staying longer than one night.

The room was clean but the property is tired. The furniture needs to be replaced, the showers need retiling, and the paint needs touching up. The bed was comfortable and the linens seemed new and were nice. Breakfast was very basic.

Very noisy, highway and parking lot noise/engine reving all night long. The room air conditioner was so loud intermittently that earplugs did not help.

The toilet was very low and my husband who is handicapped almost fell when trying to sit down. Also the toilet was clogged when I flushed & it overflowed. I called front desk & was told no one was available but I could come get a plunger! She also gave me towels& a bag to put them in once I cleaned the floor!

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with our stay at the Comfort Inn Greensboro - Kernersville. We were guaranteed a check in time of 3:00pm. When we arrived a 6:30pm we were told by the front desk staff that our room was not ready. We were told that the cleaning crew was running behind and could not give us a time when it would be ready. We asked if we could have place for our family of 12 to change for an upcoming event. First we were told that we use the bathroom, we told them that was unacceptable. They offered us a room just to change, when the family went up to the room to change the room was filthy. We went back to the front desk staff and told them the condition of the room and they offered no apologies. They then gave us a key to another room to use just for changing as we waited for our original room, when we went up to that room to change we walked in and that room was already issued to another family.

Where do I begin.... check-in time is @ 3, we arrived @ 5 and didn't get a room until after 8pm. We were assigned 4 rooms, 1st one still dirty, 2nd one cleaning crew still in it and 3rd one still occupied! Guests were in the bathroom and luggage still in room. Needless to say, that was unsettling that it could happen to us. 4th room was still dirty but I was told it was "the best they could do". We had an event so we had to get ready in hotel lobby. When we arrived back that night, our room was made but not cleaned. When we spoke to the front desk, they just said they had a full house the night before and cleaning crew didn't show up. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they weren't at their desk. Horrible customer service!

The room smelled like a combination of dirty feet, dog, and moth balls. The room was dirty, crushed chips on carpet, hair on bed and towels. The staff was friendly and common areas clean. I would not recommend.

While I am well aware of the stress being in customer service when there is a system outage. However it isn’t hard to still be kind. The front desk staff was unbearably miserable and rude.
