This well appointed condo is perfect for a downtown stay. The city is very walkable and plenty of nightlife and events. Condo is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Coffee shop 2 doors down if you don’t want to brew your own. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. 10/10. Next time I’m in Greensboro, I hope this spot is available.

Fabulous stay!
It looks much better than the pictures portray! I took my grandson to Greensboro for a soccer camp at UNCG. I got the bed and he took the sofa sleeper. He was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped, but I did get a little aggravated at the frying pan situation. I had a couple of questions about things while I was there and got almost instant responses. I could not recommend this condo more!

We were SO impressed with the adorable unit in downtown Greensboro. Honestly, it would be a pleasure to return in the future. We did have a situation that the help line quickly managed with care.

Tons of potential but homeless people sleeping on the stoop when we arrived. A number of other issues that weren't life changing but sort of keeps this from being highly ranked. Cleaning team def needs to do better.

Property exceeded our expectations. Bathrooms were especially clean and looked brand new. Bedroom lampshade needed to be replaced, and the lock on the exterior door leading to the outside was so tight it was difficult to manipulate, but the host assured us it would be addressed as soon as we reported it. We would happily return to this property!

The flat was beautiful. It was very stylish, extremely clean. Check in was streamlined and parking was easy. Its location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants, and we also walked to the Tanger theater to see the Sting concert.
