From the moment i walked in the door to the moment i checked out nothing but top notch services. Room was amazing view was impeccable. I am beyond impressed. The desk staff that was there at about 10:30 pm 11/15 served amazing service. I checked out at 12 pm 11/16 and the desk clerk she was amazing. The hotel is quite nice, but dont be prepared for a quiet sleep. The people on the street are the loudest Ive ever experienced and I've been to many developing countries. There were people screaming, horns honking.

On our way to the festival we were going to be attending in Greensboro this weekend, we had a medical emergency. While in the hospital, I contacted the hotel to let them know we were going to have to cancel the reservation. Understanding it was too late to cancel for that night, I was hoping to cancel the next night and get a refund. I was told because we had booked through Expedia, we needed to contact them. It was not until well after midnight that I was able to contact Expedia. They opened a ticket. I have just been informed there will be no credits coming our way. Thank you so much Hampton Inn for making a difficult situation so much worse.

Overall, it was a great stay. Jalisa was very friendly and even took it upon herself to put us in a room on the third floor that was on the same floor as the parking deck so we didn't have to use the elevators. The size and cleanliness of the room were more than what we expected. We will be staying here again in a couple of weeks.
