Was not the room that was booked for me had to take the room they gave me. Missing cabinet doors holes in wall; microwave dishwasher did not work big stain with deep scratches on floor. I could go on but no use.Will not stay there again!!.

Horrible place to stay
This place was very unprofessional, the supervisor was not in appropriate uniform her attitude was horrible, the room smelt like animals could get the smell out, it was roach infested, dirty floor and shower, walls were stained and dirty, residents that live out there was fighting, dogs using the bathroom anywhere on the premises and alot more bad stuff.

Dirty ass hotel *read this*
When me and my partner got there the place looked ghetto as hell, there were roaches on the side walk and a bullet hole through a window. The policy when we got to get our money back was check our room in and we have a 15 min duration to get our refund We took 4 minutes and booked a nicer hotel, and gladly got my money back. The pictures were not what the hotel looked like fyi 🗑️

The location is wonderful. Besides the location the property had stragglers and huge piles of dog litter all through the property. False advertising: the dishwasher is a sewer and doesn’t work. The refrigerator wouldn’t stay closed; so I lost food daily. Water bugs and domestic roaches run all night. One bathroom shower was inoperable. Toilet seats were damaged so I brought in my own. I am still disappointed. I paid almost 2,000 for 3+ plus weeks for an unbelievably cheap property.

Terrible also curtain did not cover the window so everyone can see you. Also sanitation rating was 80.6 also lights don’t turn off also there’s no ac and there was dirt snugged across the shower

The room flooded and their only response was to try and blame my grown children and didn’t even offer to clean the water. They handed me a mop and bucket and looked at me like I was some bum that was going to sleep in a flooded room. They did not offer to compensate ANYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS WET and all they had to say was I have until 12pm and if I wasn’t out she was going to come in and pack up for me. Ratchet for no reason. Don’t waste your time or money. If you do the homeless will kick the doors in for a warm place to stay. Have a better time at the hotels next door like Howard Johnson.

I cannot advise on my stay because I never got a chance to stay there. I booked this room over 8 months ago. I did a reserve now, pay later. First mistake! So two days before arriving I call to pay for the room because my spirit told me some messed was going to happen. I call and lo and behold they advise they have cancelled my room. They say they tried calling but there was no phone number attached to the account. That was a lie. This was GHOE weekend and I guess they just wanted to give my room away to double charge ppl the price of the room instead of allowing my allotted time to make a payment like I didn’t need the room just as well. I clearly booked for a reason. So then I’m forced to book 33 mins away bc I already paid for certain events for homecoming. For one I’ll never do a reserve now pay later during homecoming. What yall did was very shady and messed up. I will never book with you again so don’t even worry about it
