Motel stunk, room smelled terrible, check in woman was horrible. Didn’t know what she was doing. Booked a king room and at check in said there was no king available and put us in double Queen. Never stay there again. Went there because their rating was high. No way.

We had a great stay, room was clean and quiet. My only issue, there was a very strong perfumy smell, could have been from a cleaner. It wasn't necessarily a bad smell, just strong. My only complaint!

The staff was very helpful when needed. Roomy central corridor for access was nice. Facility is showing its age. I got exactly what I wanted, a low cost (within my budget) place to stay for two nights.

The beds and sheets were very comfortable. As good as high end hotels. But the carpets and walls were dirty, there was pubic hair all over the shower curtain, and the TV was surprisenly small. The hotel is in need of an update.

There was nobody in the front when I arrived for the check-in. I had to wait for a while and nobody showed up when I was checking out this morning. There was no box to drop the key off so I just left it in my room. There were some stains in the towel and I also found some in the blanket. There was someone's blazer around the tub in the bathroom. The room smelled bad and the hallway even worse.

My room was dirty. The bathroom was nasty, the sheets had hair on them and were stained. The carpet was sticky and turned my feet black. The chairs had food crumbs on them. Even after the room was turned down the next day, nothing was touched. The towels were changed and the trash emptied, but not a thing else was touched, much less vacuumed. On top of all the general filth, the TV barely worked. The next time I'm in town, I will definitely stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. They took extra time to chat with us about things to do locally and where the best place to eat was...Which was Stones Tavern and family restaurant nearby. Excellent food! The staff made us feel at home. The room was very clean and especially quiet. Love love loved the quality of the mattress and pillows. I slept well. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Greensburg is a very nice town with Batesville nearby. Tons of things to do. Rich in history.
