Lake View House
This place is very cute and comfortable! The outside areas are very well done and really nice places to sit to see the lake views. A lot of nice touches done by the hosts and they were great to communicate with and all information they gave us was helpful. Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous weekend getaway at Bungalow Lake House?! Maria and Sean were fabulous to communicate with! I had questions, Maria was so quick to respond. The pictures are exactly what you experience. We pulled in driveway and was greeted by the “neighbor” Sabrina the deer. The house was clean, and the themes were fabulous. The fireplace was a beautiful way to end each evening, especially with the damp rain weather. The only MINOR suggestion for the fall/wintertime, is perhaps have heat on when guests arrive. It was very chilly inside, and took some time to warm up 😊But, again, it was just a minor thing. We are thinking of rebooking the same house for May! We can not wait to return! Thank you Maria and Sean for sharing your lake house. 💙

Cute little Cabin close to town, yet still secluded and private. The host, Maria, is quick with responding to messages and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend, and we would definitely rent again!!

Hidden Gem
Talk about a hidden gem, literally. We drove past the street twice before we realized it. Lol the cabin is what it is in the pictures. It was nice and quiet. It was a shame that we couldnt fully take advantage of everything there since we had so much planned in a weekend. I love that there was a Brita water pitcher in the fridge and ice already in the freezer. And the popcorn and marshmallows was a nice touch. The view of the lake was nice too. Overall, it was a great experience and the next time we're back we will rent again. Thank you!

Quiet and serene
We had a great time! The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the wildlife that we saw- deer and chipmunks. We visited Claws and Paws and it was my kids’ favorite part of our trip!

My wife and I loved this place and the Lake Wallenpaupack area! The owners were great, provided us with excellent recommendations on where to go and things to do. We’ve had a busy stretch with work and things so this was the perfect getaway for us!

Perfect cottage fora getaway or wedding at Silver Birches
I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this property. The fireplace was in non-working order which I wish I would have been told before hand. The cottage was freezing when we arrived but within minutes it was warm and toasty. Those little heaters sure do work on the walls. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are cute and cozy with one room having an electric heater fireplace. The deer do come to the door which is something to see. If you don't spook them they will come up to you. The one I called Mamma did anyway the other 2 babies stuck right by her. Check in/ check out was a breeze. Maria was just a text away and very quick of to respond. We even stayed an extra day because leaving was just too hard. We loved everything about this cottage from the cottage itself to the view of the lake. I can not wait to bring my grandkids here! I also scheduled a chair message with Mary at Heavenly Hands Massage & Reiki in the Silk Mill building in Hawley. Mary is an absolute God send she is just an amazing person. Her hands are warm and feel just like magic. I walked out of there on a cloud. I live about 2 hrs away and am thinking of going up just for a massage once a month,unless I stay at the cottage. You will not be disappointed what so ever if you stay here. Going to see Mary is a must even to see her little shop. We had a fantastic time!

Wallenpaupack weekend
We arrived on Friday evening and were actually able to meet Maria and Sean. The property is maintained very well, had a great view and the cottage was decorated so nicely! I can see that they love this little home very much. The water pressure in the shower was great and the beds were comfortable. We 3 adult siblings each had our own rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and had more than what we needed. We only stayed 2 full days so we didn’t use most of the amenities that were available.but it was nice to know we could have. It was a great weekend.

Lake House with a View
This lake house was cozy and ideal for relaxation. When we wanted to eat well or do an activity, there was a book of nearby places to go. When we wanted to chill in, there was everything we wanted right there at the house. The lake view from the swing was my favorite part.

Perfect cabin for the 4th of July weekend!
Maria & Sean provided us with an awesome place to stay over the holiday weekend. Cabin was clean and everything was working as described including lights, appliances and the all important wifi for the family's devices. The location could not have been better to get to groceries, restaurants, and multiple access points for the lake. Great weekend thanks to a great place and VRBO owners. Thank you!

Great getaway!
We had a terrific Fall getaway. Very enjoyable setting and cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Great fire pit with lots of firewood. Cabin fully stocked with everything you could need. Heat / hot water worked great. Hosts went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this cabin and had a wonderful 3 day trip of relaxation in the woods! We had an amazing experience with the deer coming right up to the cabin. The cabin was very clean!! I have to say it was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at (using VRBO) and they had all the amenities you could think of! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

My wife , 2 sons and I stayed at the lake house and loved it. We went hiking but mostly just hung out at the house. The fire pit and outdoor setting are really great. We spent hours around the fire pit watching our kids play in the woods. The deer loved the corn that was provided by the owners. Netflix on the TV’s was great and everything worked great. The house is very cute and clean. There is shopping within 15 minutes. Overall we loved our stay.

Maria and Sean were on top of everything. The lake house was beautifully decorated proving us with everything we needed and more, It was a pleasure staying in their lake house….and the view of the lake was breathtaking each morning. The icing in the cake was the friendly visits of deers. We were able to hand feed them every night. It was awesome!!! The outside of the property was also incredible with numerous well thought details . We loved every singe day. Also having access to so many prime channels like Netflix, prime Amazon and many others. Cozy cabin getaway
We had such a nice visit to the cabin in the woods. Extremely clean and super comfortable. The towels were even fluffy :) we loved being able to watch Netflix and relax or explore the surroundings. Tobyhana state park was superb and where we went to access the public beach and do some hiking. Our hosts left marshmallows for the kids and we got to enjoy the firepit one night. The kids were intrigued with how close the deer got to the cabin. The only drawback to the cabin was the proximity to the lake. You definitely have to drive to get to a public beach or rent a boat from the marina across the street. If we had had more time we would've definitely tried to rent a boat. But the Poconos were great and hope to return one day!

This well maintained property is cute, clean and comfortable. Maria and Sean provide so much for your stay. Coffee, tea, wine bottle openers and firewood for a year! They even provide corn for deer who visit daily. What a treat! Many thanks to our generous hosts.

Great , clean cabin, wonderful hosts and amazing location
Everything about this rental was excellent. The hosts were kind, attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. We were amazed with the cleanliness of the cabin, considering the current environment. Not only everything was sparkling clean, but they left a lot of cleaning supplies as well. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and dining sets, good quality, which is rare in VRBO rentals. The location is superb: great view of the lake, deer comes to the house, many parks, woods, golf courses and lakes around. The cabin is very cozy, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating, especially on the deck of the master bedroom. Thank you, John and Maria, we definitely recommend this rental to all!
