Welcome to Sunset Porch Cabin located in a very desirable Greentown community on Lake Wallenpaupack in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. A perfect getaway for friends, family, boaters, fisherman, hunters, skiers, and nature lovers. Spend mornings drinking coffee on the porch, days exploring the lake, evenings grilling up a delicious meal and ending the days sitting around the fire pit eating s'mores, or in the hot-tub watching a beautiful sunset.
This 1063 square-foot cabin is nestled on a side of a hill surrounded by tall Hemlock trees in a lake community. Sunset Porch Cabin has a 70’s nostalgic vibe that features:

Sunset Porch Cabin Additional Information:
~Dog friendly! $50 per a dog limit 2.
~Guests will have exclusive access to the whole cabin & double lot property.
~The main parking in front of the cabin has room for 3 vehicles. **Garage driveway is steep.** The side driveway (approx. 36 feet long) will hold 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle with a trailer. approximately 36ft. *Please make sure your boat/trailer is no longer than 36 feet long.*
~Door code will be sent out the day before your arrival. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.
~The entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay!
**Guests will have access to the whole cabin and double lot attached, as well as use of the Hot Tub. There is a HOA private community boat launch area about 5-10 minute walk. Launch your boat, kayak and canoe. All docks in the HOA area are private and can't be used. You are welcome to bring water toys to store them in the garage.

Golf Cart-Sunset Porch Cabin offers a 6 passenger electric golf cart as part of your stay. Golf Cart Owners are not liable or responsible for any bodily injury or death during the use of the golf cart.

We had excellent time, place was clean, golf cart was fun, approximation to lake was one house back. Property is a little dated but didn’t care. Beds are really comfy. WiFi and AC are excellent. Hot tub was clean and working! Fire pit fund, Todd provided s’mores which were gone within 2 days!

Great escape
This was a great place to escape to! My sons (age 15 and 10) had a great time fishing and having the golf cart made it easy for us to get to the fishing spot. We all enjoyed the hot tub and making smores at night. I would definitely rent again!

Perfect family escape!
We spent 5 nights at this lovely cabin and couldn't have enjoyed it more. We enjoyed the conveniences of home with added comforts (lovely linens on all the beds, and cozy blankets for couch snuggles!), cards and games on the porch (even in the rain!) a daily hot tub soak, and smores by the fire. We also enjoyed the local boat rentals and brewery. We are already talking about going back!

A relaxing stay in the Poconos
Our family had a lovely stay in the peaceful neighborhood. The gravel road was not busy at all so very nice for walking and running. We enjoyed hanging out on the large wrap-around porch, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub. We appreciated the close proximity to the lake. All 7 adults fit comfortably in the house. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Our cabin was very clean, well stocked with many supplies and had very comfy beds! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, as well as the golf cart (lots of fun!) our stay was kind of warm for the fire pit to get used but maybe next time! When we first got to the cabin, we were taken aback at how vertical everything is on this property, mostly with the driveway up to the garage, it's extremely STEEP. This wasn't explained except for a passing comment that we may want to back into the driveway to prevent the doors from closing on you while you unpack and pack your car. That did turn up a red flag, but you're in the mountains so you can expect a few difficult places to get around, or if not careful could be dangerous depending on the age of the guest. But we didn't expect nor were we prepared for that. That being said, everything else about this place is awesome. The access points for viewing the lake and visiting the lake are all very convenient. The condition of the house and its decor, enhances your total experience at the lake. THANK YOU!

Overall fantastic!
The place itself is wonderful and the hosts are super communicative and helpful. The only issues we encountered were a lock on the upstairs sliding shower door, preventing use, and the wifi was pretty spotty (prime video wouldn’t load for us to log in). Views: beautiful, hot tub: awesome, rooms: super clean and cute, kitchen: well stocked — we barely had to bring anything, grill: clean and easy to use. Will definitely be booking again!
