We arrived later than anticipated and Bianca was a ray of sunshine! She smiled and joked with my sister and I. The staff we encountered was polite and respectful. The hot tub was perfect and the food options were delightful.

We liked our stay except the housekeeper did not attend to our room for 3 night straight. Our do not disturb, sign was not on the door, so not sure why they missed it. The breakfast and evening happy hour is an unmatched benefit to the hotel industry. The rooms were mostly quiet minus a little construction happening at the property. There was a light that shines directly into our room and we could hear most conversations in our hallway. The staff were polite and very helpful.

We stayed here for my mom's 70th birthday. We reserved a handicap accessible suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. Upon arrival we were told that room was no longer available and tried to put 4 adults in one room with a king bed and pull-out couch. Thankfully they were able to give us another room with 2 queen beds which was nice. The rooms however were not handicap accessible and therefore my mom wasn't able to take a shower during her stay as she is not able to step over the bathtub side. This was disappointing and against ADA guidelines. The hotel was overrun with kids who were there for a soccer tournament. It was loud and obnoxious. There was syrup and food spilled in the elevator and kids were touching all of the buffet. The place was chaotic.

It was a nice, clean, roomy hotel. They have nice shopping center just across the road with Whole Foods and Trader Joe store withing walking distance. Not far from the Downtown city center which is another nice walkable area. With great modern architecture mixed with nature and older buildings. We enjoyed our stay at Greenville, SC.
