The room was dusty and the worst Hilton I ever stayed in. The carpet looked dirty, toilet paper holder broken, hair in the tub, dirty rag from previous guest was left on shower rod. The view from the room was horrible. Itā€™s the most outdated hotel Iā€™ve seen in a long time. The elevator was dingy and needed to be polished. I expected much more from a Hilton hotel! Not sure if they give guest that book through Expedia the worst rooms. This was my first and last time booking through Expedia. :-(

While it is a little older it is well kept up. They really need a left turn traffic arrow into the hotel off of the interstate. Nearly impossible to get in. It's easier to turn into Bank of America.

Stayed the weekend of Aug 3rd. Room was clean and staff were nice. Room service however was not. I was unable to reach them once in a span of about 4 hours and this was after 5 pm. Even used my cell to call the front desk to confirm they were operable and had them transfer me, and still nothing. As someone who specifically books hotels with this option because I have children and cannot leave the room at times this made things very inconvenient. Even Ubereats cannot come up because of the hotels key requirement for the hotel so I would have still had to come downstairs to utilize this option as well.

I was pleasantly surprised at this property. Though it is a Hilton, it's a bit off the beaten path. Still, the service was excellent. The room and the property were clean. The dining options, thought somewhat limited were excellent and of above average value I'd definitely stay here again.
