We drove for 9 hours. Changed rooms 3 times. 1st room air did not work and toilet seat broke in half. 2nd room Doors would not shut, out of door jam. Sing drain in functioning . 3 room was better and checked out by the desk clerk. No internet the 2nd day

The front desk staff as not friendly wasnā€™t helpful. Our room was very dirty I had to clean the bathroom myself. Spider in the corner wall in the bathroom behind the toilet hasnā€™t been cleaned in weeks. When I wiped the bathroom floor with a wet wipe it was filthy. I have pictures that I will pass along to IHG corporate office. The ladies hanging outside, in the dining area and sleeping in the lobby is unacceptable thatā€™s not safe. I think that I should have been charged full price due to me doing housekeeping. Not sure who checked the room but it was not clean. I know everyone has different levels of cleanliness but that hotel needs a really DEEP cleaning. The doors to the room and bathroom were filthy as well again I have pictures of them as well. We stay they every time we visit MS I told my husband we may have to start staying somewhere else. I came for a short vacation not to clean rooms.

Great Service
This was by far a better breakfast than competitors such as Hampton Inn or LaQuinta. The staff at this particular property were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

They were in the middle of renovation. The elevator smelled of urine and the floor was dirty. The lobby was shabby. The carpet in the room was stained. The whole property was poorly maintained! It was late and I didnā€™t feel like driving further but next time I will drive somewhere else!

I come to Mississippi all the time because I have family there normally we stay at the tru but they were booked plus over priced ended up here and the stay was great only thing was the dripping faucet from the bathtub other than that 5 stars

We knew the place was under renovation, but we had to try three times to get a room that was acceptable. The first two had not been cleaned, nor were there towels or a shower curtain. The bathroom door didn't latch. Even when we got an acceptable room, the tub faucet didn't turn off. Breakfast area did not have knives. The "automatic pancake maker" was out but not set up. There are many problems with this property that need to be addressed before it should take guests.
