THE SPACE

Enter through a warm foyer and climb one flight of stairs to a sun soaked open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. Wow! My friends and I spent a night in Greenville and absolutely loved the townhome. So clean. So well decoratedā€¦.even a beautiful Christmas tree. Very close to downtown. We walked downtown in the day and it took us less than 20 minutes. Chase was super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

It was exactly what I needed and I especially enjoyed listening to Adelle on the record player that perfectly matched the vibes of this home. Gorgeous Townhouse
I canā€™t put into words how wonderful this stay was. First, the location was perfect, it is so close to downtown yet quiet. Starbucks next door a plus!! We came for a wedding and every event space/location was a 5-7 minute drive. Second, The downtown is simply amazingā€¦.. how many cities have a gorgeous waterfall and park right in their downtown with shopping and restaurants galore? Third, the townhouse itself is a little haven. Every detail has been thought of. From the well stocked kitchen, to the smart TVs, very comfy beds, big bathrooms with toiletries supplied, games, books, lots of blankets and the balcony, all was beautiful and perfect. We even needed a bandaid and there was a first aid kit in each bathroom, which saved us a trip to a drug store. Chase is a great communicator as well. Canā€™t wait to go back to Greenville and stay here!

Great little place to stay near downtown Greenville. The VRBO was immaculate with a very well stocked kitchen. Great patio to relax in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very nicely furnished. It was a little tough getting our luggage to the third-floor bedrooms And parking across the street in the Starbucks parking lot was not nearly as inconvenient as I thought it may have been. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at The Fleetwood
Chase was super responsive, provided great detail, and was flexible. The property was first class. Not only is a beautiful place that's well decorated, Chase paid great attention to the details with towels, linens, toiletries, games, books, and even record player with some cool vinyl albums! Also, the property is 5 minutes from downtown Greenville and minutes away from some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten (that's saying a lot for native Carolinian!) All-in-all, this was one of the best vacation rental experiences our family has had. Thank you Chase for being a great host!

Fun momā€™s getaway
My friend and I made a quick trip to Greenville and Asheville for a stop on a book tour. We used the opportunity to reconnect and get a breather from day to day life in our respective cities of Baltimore and Chicago. Chaseā€™s place was an absolutely perfect place for us to refresh and lay our heads. It was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. The two primary suites provided us each with privacy and plenty of space to spread out. We loved the interior aesthetic of the property including the artwork selected for each space. We would enjoy returning during warmer weather to enjoy the lovely covered deck. I got out to run through the Hampton Pinckney historic district near where the townhouse resides. The restored properties nearby are absolutely gorgeous. One canā€™t ask for a better location for a Starbucks right outside the townhome development. It feels like it exists for the benefit of the townhome owners. Itā€™s large and ever so convenient. Chase checked in with us at key points during our stay and provided exactly the information we needed to stay at his property. All flawless and simple. We couldnā€™t ask for more from a VRBO property and especially at this price point.

I had the most amazing time at your vacation rental. The time spent did not make me feel as though I was in a rental but like a cozy home. The decor choosing for your property is absolutely perfect as well as your appliances. I usually donā€™t cook while away but I decided to make omelets this go around. Everything about your rental is perfect and no one will be disappointed. When I return to Greenville I will stay no where other than The Fleetwood. I almost failed to mention.... Chase is the BEST HOST EVER!!!

Beautiful property
This townhome is beautifully decorated. Comfortable lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely balcony, perfect to relax with a glass of wine. Beds and linens are very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and very nice. It's a good 20/25 minute walk to the center of the downtown area. We ubered when we didn't have time to walk. Greenville theater is a 10 minute walk away. Starbucks is literally next door. We ate at Sobys restaurant which was excellent. Had drinks and appetizers at Limoncello which was great too. Sassafras restaurant was very average if not a bit disappointing. All in all we had a fabulous trip.
