Welcome to Stratham Station! This home was newly built in 2021 and has been professionally designed and furnished by a licensed interior designer. Wow is it stunning! Whether you’re here for business or a personal stay, this well-kept, spacious home has everything you need and more. Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, you can be at the heart of the city in minutes! Stratham Station can sleep 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The large fully fenced in backyard is perfect for bringing your doggies with you if you’d like.

The owner’s suite has a large king bed, desk space, luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed. Relax in the main space with flex seating and an open floor concept. The home is approximately 2,500 sqft and has plenty of room for multiple guests but also has a cozy feel for smaller groups. Great stay with family for son's wedding.
We enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for my adult family. The large fenced back yard, with covered porch was a wonderful place to lounge with pets. The only small negative was the adjacent housing complex, that at times, was a bit ruckus. However, I would have no issue staying here again.

The host of this property was very kind and accommodating, even with a massive VRBO inbox tech issue. The house was nice enough, we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, lots of people walking by looking like they were traveling (??). We liked the coffee shop that is just a block away, and the proximity to downtown was great.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. We had an issue when we first arrived with there not being enough towels for all of us. The host took care of it right away and had them delivered to the doorstep within an hour. We would stay at the home again when we are in Greenville.

Our family was there for a memorial for my brother, we are from Greenville and loved staying here and location was great! Will definitely stay here again!
