The bedroom door rattled when people came in and out, but it's a very clean place with an excellent and friendly host. The outside doors don't automatically lock, which can be concerning ins house where guests cannot be counted on to lock the doors themselves. Overall I felt safe and I loved the room and would stay again.

Inn is conveniently located, and parking is great. Super cute interior, clean rooms and common areas. The coffee maker in my room didn’t work, and there was a used coffee pod left in it. The toilet chain kept coming off after every other flush but that’s easy to fix. Outside deck could use some sprucing up

I was unable to travel to Greenville due to the hurricane Helene. I contacted Expedia and. The Swamp Rabbit Inn to get a refund. Expedia did respond and tried to reach Swamp Rabbit Inn many time but no response. I also contacts by text - my only source of contact and got no response. Very unhappy

We booked this property for a festival. We checked in and went out with friends - came back late. Felt like the room was moist, towels not fully dry. Went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night soaked through our pajamas. The mattress was dry on the outer edge but soaked in the middle. When I contacted the owners they implied that we somehow caused the problem. The floor was sticky also. I NEVER give a bad review. I gave them every opportunity. Would not recommend

This is a cute property with a shared kitchen with other guests. It's close to many dining options. They provide fruit, yogurt, muffins for a light breakfast. Get a 1st floor room if you don't do steps well. Our bathroom in the Sheep room was nice but very tight.

No simple conveniences, no coat hangers for clothes or wet raincoat, no tissues or kleenex, no persons around for help or greeting, do not like loading dishwasher for self serve breakfast, admonished to not eat prepackaged breakfast bars for snacks- instructed to go out on town etc. Worst B and B experince I have had.

We LOVED it! So clean and inviting. The common areas were lage and user friendly. Sitting in the rockers on the front porch was so relaxing. Figs from the fig tre were yummy! Thank you!!!

After checking in around 4pm discovered Roku TV did not work. No front desk so called number given by Inn and talked to lady about no TV and she said she would get back to me. She never called back and avoided my text, so we did without TV that night. I reserved this joint assuming the TV worked, otherwise would have chosen elsewhere. We love TV and expect it to work, and resent the lady did not fix the problem or call back. Otherwise it was acceptable for the cost.

The place was so cute and clean. Perfect area. The only problem (which is not a negative about the actual property) is that the upstairs guest the night we stayed came in at 2:30am and stomped around for about 30 min. Maybe large area rugs upstairs could help the noise for the first floor guest. Would stay on property again.
