Every element of our stay, a business trip to Greenville, was excellent except one person, the housekeeping manager. After the front desk graciously approved a late check-out (only 30 minutes to 11:30), the housekeeping manager banged on the door at 11:20, angrily demanding that we exit the room immediately so her staff could clean the room. The actual housekeeper admitted she couldn't even get to the room until around 2pm and the front desk staff acknowledged and apologized for the one person's rudeness. Unfortunately, this experience would prevent me from booking this hotel again for my staff.

Decent hotel. Surge prices for football are terrible. Quadruples the rate. Staff were nice and room was cleanish but was noticeably degrading. Stained comforter, damaged counters, rust and random stains everywhere. General area around the hotel is OK, check cashing places, etc but we felt safe at the property. I would stay there again.

Stayed for one night in Greenville. Hotel looks freshly renovated, was very clean and we were greeted by friendly staff. The room was plenty for 4 of us. We had a cool night's sleep and breakfast on the house before heading over to ECU.
