Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

The non-smoking apartment with its own entrance is on the ground floor of a listed farm and consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen. In addition to the oven and induction hob, the fully equipped kitchen also has a steam cooker, including "sous-vide" cooking function and other automatic programs.

There are several cupboards for your luggage in the bedroom and living room. You will also find a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system including a record player in the living room.

With a length of 2m, the waterbed also allows larger people to get a good night's sleep, and there is also a second large flat-screen TV in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in addition to the air conditioning. The fold-out cot has a lying area of 120x60cm and is suitable up to 15kg.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Everything is heated by central heating. There is also air conditioning in the apartment as well as pleated blinds and insect screens on the windows, so that you can relax all year round in summer and winter at optimal room temperatures.

Grefrath is surrounded by greenery, in the beautiful Schwalm - Nette nature park, with its dense forests, floodplains, heathlands and lakes. Grefrath offers itself as a starting point, but also as a stopover for hikers and cyclists. 13 designated hiking trails and some bike trails lead over 70 km through the Grefrather Niersauen. In addition, paddling on the Niers has become a real tourist attraction. A visit to the Lower Rhine open-air museum is not to be missed. The price is for 2 people per night.

Heerlijk relaxte paar dagen
Fantastisch huis. Werkelijk grandioze keuken met alles erop en eraan. Servies voor misschien wel 10 personen. Badkamer helemaal oké. Ruim bad en goede douche. Waterbed helemaal ons ding, hebben er zelf ook een maar dan niet gestabiliseerd. Ook de tv en geluidsinstallatie was prima. Leuk om weer eens een LP te draaien. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Leuke aangelegde tuin bij het huis. Enig minpuntje wat wij kunnen verzinnen is dat als je er lange tijd vakantie wil houden een tuin voor jezelf een wens zou kunnen zijn, vooral in de zomer als je de barbecue wil gebruiken. Voor een paar dagen is dit een grandioos huis.

Wir waren mit unserem großen Hund zum Wandern im Nettetal unterwegs. In der Wohnung gab es einen großen Schlafplatz mit Näpfe für den Hund. Wir haben uns spontan für das Kochen in der Küche entschieden, da sie wirklich top ausgestattet ist. Es macht richtig Spaß. Der Kaffeevollautomat war mit Kaffee bestückt und eine Flasche Wasser und Nerven Nahrung war auch vor Ort. Eier, Honig, Aufbackbrötchen gab es vor der Wohnungstür käuflich zu erwerben. Kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung
Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und ländlicher Umgebung ist aufwändig hergerichtet worden und neben der gehobenen Ausstattung in allen Räumen herrscht besonders im Küchenbereich mit zahlreichen Markengeräten der pure Luxus. Dank heimischer Vorkenntnisse konnten wir aber alles ohne Studium der umfangreichen Bedienanleitungen nutzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette aufgeschlossene Leute, die uns bei allen Anliegen und Fragen bereitwillig geholfen haben. Die Versorgung mit Honig und frischen Eiern vom eigenen Hof haben wir genossen und auch an unseren Hund wurde mit bereitgestellten Bettchen und Fressnapf gedacht. Wir haben die Unterkunft als idealen Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen im nahe gelegenen Naturpark genutzt. Auch für Radwanderer ist die Wohnung wegen des vorhandenen gut ausgebauten Wegenetzes besonders zu empfehlen. Den Gastgebern des "Sturmhofs" vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen und idyllisch gelegenen Bauernhof mit sehr netten und fürsorglichen Vermietern. Tolle Wohnung etwas außerhalb
Superschicke Wohnung, top ausgestattet (u.a. Wasserbett und Toilette mit integriertem Bidet), Hunde erlaubt. Wir hatten leider nur für eine Übernachtung Zeit, aber die haben wir sehr genossen. Der Sturmhof liegt etwas außerhalb. Für uns und unseren Seniorhund war das kein Problem. Wer länger dort Urlaub machen möchte, sollte sich Fahrräder mitnehmen.
