Joli mais compliqué
Un chalet de rêve nous attendait. Les photos montrent la vérité ; tout était conforme à l’annonce publiée. Mais il manquait des articles de base. Il manquait aussi quelques instructions (pour le chauffage, par exemple.). Là où le bat blessé, c’est le processus de réservation d’une complexité renversante et irritante. Heureusement, la communication avec le service à la clientèle a été à la hauteur. Est-ce qu’on y retournerait ? Pour le chalet lui-même et le site, très certainement. Mais à cause de toute la bureaucratie agressante en amont de notre sejour, on passera notre tour. Dommage. Franchement très dommage.
