Ville La Marcellina is a private estate of 20-acre that consists in three villas: Villa Il Tinaio, Villa delle Donne and Villa Le Scuderie.

Villa Il Tinaio

Part of the Ville La Marcellina estate (20-acres estate), Villa Il Tinaio is an expansive property with all modern amenities making it perfect for big group holidays.

Villa Il Tinaio can sleep up to 14 people and has its own private swimming pool set within a large private garden. The surrounding area is home to Tuscany’s world-famous cypresses and olive groves as well as the vineyards of Chianti. On site, there is also a jacuzzi and heating, making Villa Il Tinaio a great option for a winter stay too. For those that want to explore further afield, it is close to Siena, Florence and San Gimignano. However, those that want to just relax at the villa will enjoy its luxurious and stylish furnishings. It makes the perfect spot for entertaining other guests or simply to enjoy a quiet, leisurely holiday with family. Whatever reason you choose to stay at Villa Il Tinaio, it has the potential to provide guests with the holiday of a lifetime.

Villa Il Tinaio has a truly unique setting in the stunning Tuscan countryside. Exploring the wider area is fantastic, but the villa itself also offers these benefits:

• Tastefully decorated in both modern and classic Italian style.
• The other two villas on the estate (Villa delle Donne with 7 bedrooms and Villa Le Scuderie with 4 bedrooms) can be rented to a party of up to 37 people. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation.
• The villa has several outdoor areas for entertaining, all of which have stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
• A fully equipped kitchen with 7-burner cooker and double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker.
• A 16 x 6 m infinity pool, set within a private area is in a secluded area of the garden in its upper part and is available mid-April to the end of October.
• Daily cleaning 6 hours a day

Villa delle Donne

Part of the Ville La Marcellina estate, Villa delle Donne is a tastefully restored old farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

Villa delle Donne is set within the 20-acre grounds of Ville La Marcellina, and it has its own private pools and expansive gardens. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. On its own, Villa delle Donne can sleep 14 people easily thanks to its 7 luxurious bedrooms. The property has only recently undergone extensive restoration to bring the 17th-century farmhouse up to date. For those that can manage to drag themselves away from the beautiful villa and want to explore the rest of Tuscany, Florence and Siena are just a short drive away. These cities are an art lover’s dream but are such interesting historical cities that even those who do not love art will enjoy a trip here.

The house consists of 4 levels plus the turret. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level.

SECOND FLOOR

FOURTH FLOOR (from the entrance hall coming up through a short staircase you'll lead the 4th level where is a small living room and then you’ll come up in the turret where there is the last bedroom)

NB Four bedrooms can be converted into twin-size beds upon request.

Villa delle Donne is conveniently located in the heart of Chianti. It has stunning views of the surrounding vineyards, but also provides these benefits:

• A fully equipped kitchen with 7-burner cooker and double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker.
• An 8 x 8 m infinity pool set within a secluded area of the garden.
• Indoor panoramic pool which is heated and has its own bar.
• Daily cleaning 3 hours a day

Le Scuderie

Le Scuderie can accommodate up to 9 people if rented on its own. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. It is therefore an ideal location for a large family gathering or holiday with friends. It has been painstakingly restored with all modern amenities while still sympathetic to the estate’s important history. With extensive grounds, an indoor heated pool (30°), a relaxing external hut tub for 4 people and several terraces with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards, guests will find it hard to leave. However, the beautiful Italian countryside and famous Tuscan towns are a short drive away for when guests do want to explore. Florence, Siena and San Gimignano do not take long to get to at all and are well worth the time it takes to get there.

Le Scuderie is located in the heart of the Chianti hills, so the villa’s terraces provide jaw dropping views of the Italian landscape. However, it also offers the following benefits:

• A fully equipped kitchen with a 7-burner cooker and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker.
• The covered dining terrace with a state-of-the-art barbecue.
• An outdoor hot tub for 4 people overlooking the beautiful view of surrounding vineyards and Tuscan landscape.
• An exclusive indoor heated pool with relaxing lights, small bar and sitting area
• Fireplace
• Daily cleaning 3 hours a day included

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:

• Tourist tax 2,00 euro per day per person for the first 7 nights
• For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be requested an extra of 50,00 euro
• Damage deposit 4.000,00 euro


Ville La Marcellina is close to many famous sites and tourist attractions. The house has space for a car so you can drive to the following destinations:

• 900 m to the shops and restaurants of Panzano.
• Greve’s town center is 7 km away.
• Siena’s historic town centre is only 30 km drive away.
• The famous city of Florence is a 35 km car journey away where there is also a train station.
• Florence airport is just under 50 km away

What you should know before renting Ville La Marcellina:

• The summer can be exceptionally hot during the day. However, there is air conditioning for guests’ comfort.
• Private parking is available on site for those that want to rent a car to explore the wider area.
• Tuscany is one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. Helicopter rides can be arranged to view it from up high.
• The vineyards and wineries of Chianti are well worth a trip from the house.
