Cameron's Beach Front is a private site 400m off the West Coast cycle trail located 15 min away from the Greymouth Township and 20 min from the Hokitika Township. Nestled in 5 acres of native bush, only a one minute walk from door to beach front, and your choice of two twenty minute walks along the beach to the Taramakau River or New River, you'll see the best of the West Coast's outdoors.

Wow location, super friendly hosts
We are on two month tour of NZ and in South Island for 6 weeks. This super accommodation was perfect to relax and visit local sights. Shower was great, kitchen spacious and well equipped, good living area. Show stopper was the garden and access to the beach. Despite changeable weather we were drawn there every day. Massive thanks to Tone and Tavanna for such a warm welcome.

A perfect escape
We landed here during our NZ journey for a few nights, and it was excellent. Very well equipped. The beach was a gorgeous place to wander or just sit and listen to the waves. I’d stay here again for sure.

We had a great 2 night stay. Loved the spacious areas of the home with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and we loved the close proximity to the beach. Easy driving to Greymouth, Hokitika and the Arthur’s Pass Highway.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Tone and Tavanna are such friendly and welcoming hosts. Being able to bring our dogs here was amazing and they had the best time! Such a beautiful spot with the beach basically right outside the door and we look forward to coming back!

Amazing location!
Tone and Tavanna have such an amazing spot - as soon as you drive through their gates you feel like you are in a secret garden oasis - complete with your own private trail to the beach! The apartment is super clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Super comfy beds were another plus. And best of all, they were such friendly and welcoming hosts. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here. Comfortable and cosy with the sounds of the sea which we loved. A one minute walk to the beach and only a 10 minute drive to Greymouth. A peaceful and restful place to stay. Wonderful !!!

What a lovely guesthouse! Large, 2 bedroom is easily shared. Right on beach! Comfortable bed with well stocked kitchen. Any questions and the owner is quick to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed more than one night! Thank you!
