This property is great for families and "get a ways".Beautiful secluded range style home that has been recently renovated. Perfect for entertaining. Sitting areas all around the 2 and half acre property. Large kitchen includes stove/oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator, granite counter tops, lots of cabinet space. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, shelf storage. Large master bedroom + 2 additional bedrooms. Office with a pull out couch, desk. Large parking- with the ability to close gate to property. 2 full baths. Ceiling fans. 5 foot stucco wall that surrounds the property. House is non-smoking. Dog OK upon approval. It has a volleyball court, a large out door for activities, and more.
Just 6 miles (less than 10 min) from the Atlanta Pinewood Studios and Fayetteville Piedmont Hospital. It is also just minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and only 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Tech, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia Dome, and in close proximity many local attractions such as Six Flags Over Georgia.

Home away from home
My husband and I both really enjoyed our staycation. We live in the area and we were having some work done at our house which temporarily caused us to relocate. This home not only suited our needs but it was so easy to settle right in. The location was also really nice because you are not far from anything really but you still get to enjoy some seclusion. We both thought the bamboo was really cool too and it was fun to listen to it sway in the wind. Daniel was very accommodating and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this home for any of your getaway needs.

Great space and location
We are a family of 4, with 2 dogs, and stayed at this property for a couple of weeks in between selling our home and purchasing our new home. The space was great, there was plenty of room for everyone, lots of parking. The dogs enjoyed the big yard. There is a small office as well and that worked nicely since I had to work and be on meetings. Wifi was great. My only negative feedback would be the smoke smell in the house. It is a non-smoking property and I'm not sure if the previous tenants ignored that and smoked in the house, or if the smell is in the walls from years ago. Either way, we could smell it. Daniel was great though and apologized and offered to bring an air purifier to the house. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came to town for a family wedding and house fit our family well
We came to town for a family wedding and stayed at this house with some extended family members. It accommodated us pretty well. The kitchen was a nice size. It was very well stocked with what we needed. The owner was very prompt in making sure everything was well after we arrived and got back to us quickly when we had a question or issue. There were plenty of bathroom towels but we could only find one kitchen towel so we mostly used paper towels in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there and the foosball table was fun for everyone! The only issues we had were minor. There was only one towel rod in the large bathroom and no where to hang towels in the smaller bathroom. We had a total of 7 adults and 2 kids staying there and could have used more places in each bathroom to hang wet towels. Not everyone brought slippers to wear and those who didn't had pretty dirty socks after walking around the house for awhile. We all took off our shoes at the door each time we entered the house so it seems like the floors were just dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if we ever came back to town 🙂

Perfect for a family Thanksgiving
We traveled with our pups and hosted Thanksgiving for local family at this house. It worked out great. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. There is room to spread out both inside and out. Daniel was really helpful before our visit and available for the couple of questions I had when we arrived. The location is convenient to Peachtree City and Fayetteville stores (10 min). With family in the area, we will likely stay here again!
