Discover this charming villa with a pool on the heights of Grimaud, offering a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Enjoy absolute tranquility and the numerous activities offered by the region.

Come spend your holidays in this house with excellent amenities, on a wooded plot of 1200 sqm, capable of accommodating up to 8 people.

On one level, it has an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a dining room. It also consists of 3 large bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, and opens onto the terrace, and the third bedroom has two single beds pushed together and a wardrobe also opening onto the terrace.

All three bedrooms are also air-conditioned. From the second bedroom, you have access to a shower room, and above it, a mezzanine with two single beds, perfect for children.

Head to the garden where you can enjoy the pool (8x4 m) with a panoramic sea view, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

As for the terrace, you can have lunch in the sunshine as it is southeast-facing, or in the shade, protected by an awning while enjoying the barbecue.

La villa magnifique. Tout est penser
Parfait les 3 premiers jours. Malheureusement un chantier touchant la villa . Réveillé par les marteaux piqueurs . 7 ouvriers présents en grandes discussions des 8h jusqu'à 17h. Poussière disqueuses coup de de masse rajouter au marteaux piqueurs etc.....naux vacances vraiment gâchées. L agence nous reloger mes pas avec la prestation demandée. Et nous doit de l argent. Tres mauvaise expérience.

Excellent séjour !
Avons passé un excellent séjour. La belle terrasse et son joli mobilier ont permis de profiter de la vue magnifique sur le golf. On a adoré ! On a aimé La piscine de taille moyenne également. La literie est bonne. Une cafetière de type nespresso (même si les capsules ne sont pas fournies) auraient grandement été appréciée ainsi qu une bouilloire ... on y retournera !!
