This hotel is amazing. The staff are very helpful. The food and drinks were plentiful. Regular shuttle bus to bay gardens beach spa hotel with a beautiful beach and water sports. I Cannot fault my stay.

The service during dining is absolutely poor. I asked for hot chocolate and it took 20mins and having to ask server again. I also asked for a dessert menu and server didn't come back so I decided to just leave. I also witnessed a family leave due to the wait time of receiving food. Only 1 server ever interacted with my kids during my whole stay of 1wk. Not much effort made on their part. All other staff in the resort were great. Receptionist were always great and answered all questions I had. Dinner is also served way too late especially for families with young children. My children would struggle to stay awake at the table waiting for their food for 30mins which means even a later dinner. We never once had dessert as by the time you eat the mains, you are frustrated with the wait and kids are ready for bed. I have many more improvements which I believe can be made.

Most of the staff members weren't pleasant, mainly the breakfast serving staff. The two most pleasant members there were Samuela and Ms. Sharon. Additionally, there were always shortage of plates, tea cups or juice cups when entering for breakfast. Otherwise entertainment was okay, and most front desk and cleaning/maintenance crew was nice.

Restful and enjoyable vacation
First visit to St Lucia and Bay Gardens made the trip well worth it! The buffet breakfast was out of this world with something different everyday during my 5 day stay. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the other properties so one can enjoy the amenities offered. The water park was enjoyable even for adults. Will be back again

Staff are wonderful the food is amazing the property needs a little upgrading the place is clean but because there is a bit of repair needed and updating it makes the place look dirty but it’s very clean I would recommend this place and I will return again and again I personally loved my stay! Being my first time at the resort on a night pass I enjoyed my experience it was also my birthday, only thing that I had access too yet didnt use was the pool & waterpark but for sure next time I most definitely will. I recommend this resort to anyone who's on vacation or staycation.
