The Royalton St.Lucia was beautiful. The staff were friendly and polite. Very helpful with any request on the resort and off. It is a long distance away from the airport if you’re flying into the UVF airport location. But overall I loved my visit to the island can’t wait to return!

I recommend this resort...as soon as you walk in..the lobby overlook the ocean. Staff was friendly...food and restaurants were delicious and wonderful. Lots of excursions and fun stuff to do daily. Clean rooms and toilets. Gym was clean and staff provided awesome service. I stayed 5 days. Airport ride took 2 hours...but the eide was wonderful.

The 2hr ride to the resort was horrific. It left us with extreme back pains. After that once we arrived for check in we were told our rooms were ready only to get in the room and notice it had not been cleaned FOR DAYS. A spill from refrigerator, the smell of old food that was left in refrigerator, days old trash and food along with urine on the toilet. We then had to wait another 1.5hr for room to be cleaned and it still had the smell of old food. Sports bar service was the worst. We never got food or even water. And this was all day one.

-Very relaxing, modern, well-kept and clean property - Enjoyed the gorgeous beach, no seaweed, soft sand, minimal rocks fun to snorkel and see variety of tropical fish - Lots of chairs/ space to relax, lay-out and soak up the sun, both quite and busy pools something for everyone to enjoy including families and kids -we were surprised to not have any shrimp or Mahi-Mahi at the Buffet, they only served Basa, Snapper, Calamari -Dinner selection was under-whelming and a lot of guests felt the same way, not too many seafood/veg options -It is currently Lobster season (Aug 2024) and we were surprised to not see any lobster based dishes served in the Buffet only if you pay extra you can have lobster -I have had shrimps, lobster or other seafood in every island I have visited (Jamaica, Mexico, Cuba, DR, Bahamas) that was disappointing -if you want saltfish and bake you need to make it to the Breakfast Buffet by 8am-8:30 a.m. also it was filled with cabbage carrots and not really authentic -Unfortunately, the staff were not as friendly and accommodating as other islands

Generally flexible with unique situations. Check in was a bit behind and the room needed an additional 1hr to be fully checkin so the working room ac and tv access… Restaurant staff were overall helpful. Few of nature house flies can be a pest at the Italian restaurant Foam pool party was very nice made up for a lot of misses during the stay.
