Property layout is good. Seems like Marriott is trying to cut back on portion size. Ordered chicken parm at the Italian restaurant, I got 2 one inch slices of the chicken? If they are having trouble sourcing ingredients on the island, take it off the menu. Don't serve samples. On day 3 of our vacation all guests were locked out of their rooms. A technician had to individualy unlock each door and when unlocked you couldn't lock it when you left ,leaving all your belongings at risk of theft. This continued on to the next day. This was a complete upper management failure. I did appreciate Expedia upgrading our room when we checked in. The resort seemed run down in some areas and repairs needed to be done. Beautiful island and people, will return but not at Royalton.
