Be aware of reservation deadlines and party noise
Arrived to the hotel late and was informed that we had to pay an additonal fee for extra person (we always thought the reservation was for 2) or loose the value of the stay. So in spite of only staying there overnight (15 hours to be exact), we had no choice but to pay. We were then told that we could not dine in any of the restaurants (part of the allure off this all-inclusive resort is the many restaurant options) because we had no reservations (reservations are due by 2 PM, yet check-in is 3 PM....) We were unable to fall asleep due noise from a large party taking place in one of the resort venues and music playing until way past midnight. It was a costly and overall disappointing experience.

Elevator was out the whole time of our stay. Had to use the staff elevator which was in poor condition. Then even the staff elevator was out. Manager was not accommodating - claimed he did not know. We were on the 5th floor (highest floor) so had to go down 10 flights of stairs - and the lights were out in the staircases. Had to use phone flashlights. We were in the Diamond Club which we paid more for exclusivity and highest accommodations. My mom was a bad foot so she was bound to the room most days.

Our butlers Sarcha and Lance were amazing and really made our trip enjoyable. They went above and beyond for us and it was truly sad to say goodbye to them after our week in paradise. They are amazing and we were so grateful for them.

The property is large and beautiful. There are many bars and places to eat. The service is terrible each meal even the bars took over an hour ( sometimes longer ) to get food. I waited over an hour at the steakhouse for macaroni and was told it was still cooking after my food had come 30 min earlier. I also used my butler for reservations for the steakhouse and he confirmed then when I arrived they stated I had no reservation. Be prepared to say your room number a hundred times a day as it is asked multiple times at every food place. The buffet was the worse place to eat i do not reccomend. The coffee shop was good but they had no lid or straws. Many places to eat were out of products and food. The room had mold and hair in the tub. The curtains looked like they had blood stains or bbq sauce not sure and my first day 3 different people came knocking when I was just trying to relax. When they cleaned my room they took the robe and towels and didn’t leave any clean items. The view of the ocean was beautiful and there was plenty of seating. The only place I could get food quickly was the diamond lounge. I was very pregnant and asked to be driven in a cart to my room once and they were too busy. Then the elevator broke in the diamond suites and we all had to use the stairs. The room service was good but very limited to burger, pizza, sandwich, cake. It also took over an hour for delivery. Bring snacks! The ocean view was beautiful and the weather was great. I wouldn’t go back

It’s a beautiful property with great amenities! There’s something for everyone, the customer service could have been better but our butlers Lance and Sarcha were phenomenal!
