Beautiful resort. spacious rooms. Grounds beautifully . Quite disappointed. Likely would not return. 1- Check in was a disaster. Justinian helped but took 48 hours 2- Upgrade from breakfast only to all inclusive ( $175 pp/day). No included beef options aside from hamburgers in main areas. It was mainly seafood, and few chicken options. Additional fee: shrimp on salad/ pasta $16; Filet mignon $59; Slow service even for basic (salad/main dish/dessert 1 1/2 to 2 hours). Breakfast very good but fruit options/ quality disappointing. 3- Amazing staff at restaurants. Thank you Kerisa, Monique, Jaclyn, Wilbert, and Sherika. To the beautiful Sharlem, it was so great to see you again. You welcomed us back like old friends. ❤️ 4- New restaurant SURU. Beautiful Asian restaurant with wonderful staff. Thank you Kayla, Kamal, and especially Junior. Only restaurant with AC. Beef option included strangely it was inconsistent. I loved the sport offering they had - tennis, pickle ball, water sports such as kayaking, sailing, for free. I also liked they had speed boat related adventures. I loved the servers, they were kind and friendly. Only thing that they can improve is getting kids meal and appetizers out faster so we don't feel like we are waiting for a long time.

Thank you for a great family vacation! We did the all-inclusive which was great for two teenagers. The villa was much more than I expected. Snorkeling and paddleboarding was fun along with playing pickleball as a family. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back

PROS - The property and staff were amazing. CONS - No where on The Landings website does it say that the dinners at the Beach Club are buffet style and not a la carte. Very deceiving.

Overall, as a family, we had a nice time in St. Lucia. The beach was really nice. Although the food choices were limited, the food was pretty good. The staff is very very nice. The property felt safe. There are four pools and a private beach. The rooms were super clean. This looks like a timeshare that was converted to a hotel. The bathrooms are a little banged up, but not terrible. Our room had a plunge pool, which was nice. There is a coffee shop, which is really nice where they make drinks. You can get bottled water very easily and they give you bottled water in the room, which is very nice. The property is an hour and a half drive north of the airport on windy roads. The taxi cost 150 US. I would choose the all inclusive option, but the dining options are limited to two restaurants. Mostly buffet, but the food was surprisingly good. Plus they do have kids options a la carte. Both restaurants open, so there are a lot of bugs during the day flying around, which is annoying. But it is the tropics. The pools were kind of small. There is a small shop, but the hours are limited. I believe they are building a third restaurant. This is a good option if you are traveling with a family. Amenities are a bit limited… beach, pool, kayaks, tennis courts. This is not a 5 star experience but it’s nice.
