Quiet, relaxed location with an easy drive to downtown Mystic. Great place to sleep when in the area at a much better price than surrounding hotels.

The space is large and clean. That staff was helpful. I'm sorry to say that the most noteworthy quality about this hotel is that there's an odor. The property has seen better days. Perhaps it's in the process of a rehab? Also, there is no coffee anywhere in the building or within several miles of the hotel.

the property and rooms were in poor condition but very clean. If you have a problem with lighting or outlets that worked but now don't instead of addressing the problem they pretend you are an idiot and don't know how light switches and outlets work. When you demonstrate the problem you are ignored or told nothing is wrong. I will not stay there again

It was so bad we didn't even stay Dirty, windows stuck open, holes in the walls, stained carpets and furniture, and strange smells. Security lock on the door was broken. Just horrible I would take it off your site.

We had an excellent stay! The room was very clean and really spacious. We loved the little kitchen area with mini fridge and microwave. The counter space was nice and the stools at the breakfast bar were really convenient for eating in if you wanted. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showering. Great location and parking. We had two shows at Mohegan Sun Arena, visited Mystic Aquarium and Waterford Beach. All were within 15 to 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay again. Great value for the price.

The room was bigger then I thought. The pictures do not show the whole room. The not good part was: tub took a long time to drain, so you are standing in the water. The walls showed where they patched it (should of sanded them down). My card took a few swipes to work each time I had to get into the room. The staff was not very friendly (all business), even when coming into the building they did not say hi/good evening, etc. Overall, it was worth staying there for my niece's wedding weekend.

Great room with kitchen area that included an island and stools with an additional sink. Separate living room area with lots of seating. Room was VERY dated and showed many signs of old age but was very functional.

The property is old and needs to be refurbished, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Bathroom light didn’t work well and there was an awful smell in the room. Overall, the price was right for what you got.

The staff was very nice. The property was someone run down. Doorknob to outside side door was completely missing. The halls were worn, and the deadbolt to our door did not work, but we had a chain lock. Rooms very very spacious, and clean. Hotel had a strong smell of smoke in the hallways and eking through rooms. I would stay here again based on the price and my expectations were not for 5 star service.
