Solid Choice and Great Staff
Staff were excellent. David and crew were very friendly and efficient. Older hotel, but very clean, comfortable and in a good location just outside Mystic. Currently under going some renovations that didnā€™t interfere with stay. Appreciated having a microwave in the room.

The hotel was nice and clean. Barely any toilet paper when we checked into the room, had to go to the front desk for some. The staff was friendly. We had a conjoining room with extremely loud neighbors that were loud until 1am.

Tha bed squeaked loudly every time we moved. The middle of the bed also sagged. The toilet flusher as barely flushing. Very loose. The shower curtain was ripped at the top. There was a used soap in the dish at the bathroom sink. I did tell the desk these problems. Also. The tv didnā€™t work. Close to coast guard academy but wonā€™t stay again

I thought for the price and it being a Hilton it would be a lot nicer. You can tell the bathroom floor was not mopped. The room had a weird smell. The mattresses were not as comfortable as other Hiltons Iā€™ve stayed at. It didnā€™t have as many soap's and toiletries( itā€™s the little things that make a Hilton nicer) A bit out dated especially the bathroom. We heard some loud banging like doors being slammed. Not as sound proofed as other Hiltons. The room looked like an average 2star- Best Western or Days Inn, which if we didnā€™t pay so much would be acceptable.
