I booked a king room through Expedia and upon checkin, was give a double bed room. They stated that they sold out of King rooms. This was horrible customer service with zero compensation. I complained and mysteriously they had a King room that I booked and paid for within 10minutes. Never will I stay at a Marriott Hotel if this is their practice and creating a poor customer experience!

Has a wonderful stay with my family. The heated pool was great, and the water was actually hot (like hot tub hot!). The restaurant on site was wonderful. We ate dinner and breakfast there. The stay was comfortable and the hotel had amenities perfect for families with little children. We will certainly return here for future getaway trips.

Arrived for a concert at Mohegan Sun, at 3’ to be told kitchen/ bar not open till 4:00 . We sat in the lobby (very cold) till 4 and had a glass of wine, told restaurant does not open till 5, finally placed our order, waited till almost 6 to eat. Then we waited till to get the bill. Never received after trying to get their attention. Big overflow in bar area from Company party . No attention. Finally got up and left. Told front desk what happened! Just got my bill but nothing stated total due! I want everyone to also know a safety hazard, cleanness was perfect, but no bars to hold in shower, shower floor no Mats, extremely slippery !! I told them when leaving said “only handicap rooms have bars! Beware!!!

Great long weekend getaway! Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The rooms and halls and common areas were clean and decorated beautifully. The bar and restaurant served the freshest seafood and delicious breakfast options. We will be staying here again!

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels in which we have stayed. Two things really stood out: the friendliness and competency of the staff and the cleanliness. From the reception staff to the bellman to the dining room hostess and waitress, everyone was courteous and smiling! It was a pleasure to be around positive minded people and certainly the opposite of the usual snippy people employed by hotels. We left happy which in today’s culture says alot about the hotel! My only recommendation is for more handicapped parking spaces in the front parking lot.
