Welcome to Marina Beach Lodge, a prime lakefront getaway located directly at the main Pine Mountain Lake Marina Beach. Enjoy the fresh lake breezes, boating, fishing, swimming, and easy access to Pine Mountain Lake's golf course, tennis courts, archery range, community swimming pool, and Country Club dining.


Important Note: This home does not have central air conditioning but is equipped with ceiling and portable fans, and located right on the water, which often provides a cool breeze.


Home Features:

This home offers three bedrooms, plus a loft sleeping area, and two bathrooms. Amenities include WiFi, one TV with cable, a wall-mounted heating system, and a wood-burning stove.


The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, mini-fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, popcorn machine, slow cooker, and waffle iron. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.


Additional features include a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a pool table. A DVD player is also available for guest use.


For outdoor cooking, there is a charcoal BBQ. Guests must provide their own charcoal and lighter, which can be purchased at the local market. A picnic table and BBQ area are available on the beach.


Please note: The garage is not available for guest use.

No pets or animals allowed. No exceptions.

This property has security cameras on the exterior.

Guest Limits & House Rules


The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced, including children. No additional visitors or gatherings beyond this limit are allowed.


Stairs & Accessibility:

The property features both interior and exterior stairways.

Guests can enter the home at level entry from the driveway.


Outdoor & Water Activities:

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

Swimming from the dock is permitted up to 30 feet out, per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations.

The canoe is available for guest use but is not pre-washed before arrival.

Guests must wear life jackets when using the provided boat(s).


Parking:

Level driveway accommodates up to four vehicles.

Parking is not allowed in the driveway due to a water company easement.


What's Provided & What to Bring:

Linens, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Coffee, spices, cooking oils, food, and snacks are not provided.


Gated Community Access & Fees:

Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a gated community access permit for all vehicles. The fee is $50 per vehicle, paid directly to the HOA. This is a non-refundable fee. Stays of 8 or more nights will require additional fees per HOA regulations.

Please note the following house rules for your stay:


1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.


2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25

please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm

occupant age.


3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS

ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one time

fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML

HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits are

non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Yosemite Region Resorts has no control over this fee and is not affiliated with Pine

Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any time.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.


5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.


6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.


7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).


8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.


9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
