My stayed at your property, where my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding multiple issues encountered during my stay, and to request a refund for the inconveniences experienced.
Upon entering room 554, I was shocked to find roaches present, the television was non-functional despite attempts to use different power outlets, and there were visible stains in the shower. Furthermore, during my stay, I was informed by your front desk staff that the hotel’s system was down, preventing me from accessing my room without being escorted by security on each occasion. This caused significant disruption and inconvenience.
Originally, my check-out date was scheduled for Saturday, December 7th. However, due to these numerous issues, I was left with no choice but to check out a day earlier, on Friday, December 6th.
In light of the aforementioned issues, I respectfully request a full refund of my stay, as the conditions provided were not in accordance with the expectations set by Hilton DoubleTree at the time of booking. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund for the prepaid breakfast, which I was unable to fully utilize.
I look forward to receiving a prompt response from both your corporate team and the local management to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
