Overall clean and most staff friendly. Except for a parking attendant who’s is very rude and refused to let us into the parking structure after hours even after being guest there for 5 days. Be refused to provide me with his name and threaten to call the cops on me.

I was skeptical about coming to Guadalajara and not knowing what the best area was to stay in. Once I arrived at Hotel Antre the location was perfect right next to the main street of Chapultepec. The walk to the main street was less than about 3 minutes from the hotel. The staff was great everyone greeted you once entering the lobby. The room was nice not to mention the great view from the balcony. The only thing I was a bit questionable in the room is the Alexa which is placed right in the center of the room on the roof. It took me a while to figure out what it was as it looked like an electronic device but had no identification to explain what it was. I will be returning to this hotel in the next couple of months.

The staff was friendly and the service was sufficient but the noise level is quite loud inside of the hotel rooms. The hotel however is very conveniently located to everything including dining, shopping, event centers and churches.
