One elevator was broken and the other one was extremely slow - not good for an eight-floor hotel with some 200 rooms. Conveniently.located.... I found it difficult to use my laptop. There was no real way to sit down at the desk... The stool basically did not fit between the bed and the desk. Rearranging the room might be helpful. Breakfast included... Though it is the same items every day. But I would stay there again.

A great place to stay. Close to the city centre and transport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily buffet breakfast was a great inclusion. We loved the rooms decor. A very clean safe and convenient place to stay. Not a 5 star hotel but a very comfortable place to stay.

Family trip to Guadalajara
Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion, el desayuno incluido es bastante bueno a pesar de ser poco variado, y el personal es muy atento y trata de ayudar lo mas que puede. Lo malo, las habitaciones no cuentan con cosas tan basicas como una secadora de pelo, fue necesario pedir acceso y eaperar por algo de tiempo para poder usar la alberca, no habia plancha en el cuarto, hubo que pedirla, los canales de la TV estaban desprogramados, hubo que pedir ayuda para programarlos, no habia micro ondas ni mini frezzer, por tanto fue dificil llevar comida o bebidaa al cuarto, y finalmente las camas y especificamente los colchones y almohadas no era. Confortables. Es un hotel barato, se que no puedes esperar tanto, pero definitivamente pudo ser una mejor experiencia.
