The service, cleanliness and attention were very good. All the staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that they need to change the bathroom system because there are a lot of problems with the hot water and with the taps that you can't control the cold water and the hot water. This is the third time we've been there and we'd like to see if they have some other rooms that aren't so old.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what we expected. The rooms are smaller than they look in the photo, there isn't enough light in the room, the shower door doesn't close well, and a lot of water all over the bathroom every time you shower. The gym was dirty and not equipped. It works fine. But it looked more luxurious in the photos.

El personal muy amable. Me gustó por qué fue uno de los pocos hoteles en la ciudad que permitió 5 personas en un cuarto (dos adultos y tres niños) ya que pocos hoteles lo permiten, quieren que agarres dos cuartos ya que no aceptan más de 4 personas en una recámara. El hotel se miraba decente en la limpieza, el espejo de el baño un poco sucio cuando llegamos, los colchones de las camas demasiado firmes para mi gusto, pero todo lo demás bien. Muy conveniente que está al lado de un centro comercial el cual tenía todo cerca.
