I gave this review because the flight was cancelled and I called the hotel to cancel and because I made the reservation throught Expedia.com I had to called.Expedia. Even rhough the flight was cancelled due to the hurricane and tornados in Houston, they told me the money was not refundable. So, they charged me for 4 nights and then they probably charged someone else for those same nights.

If you use public transportation to go downtown is great, walking to shopping mall Plaza del Sol is easy but be very careful when crossing the avenue. In the hotel the mattresses are hard. Friendly staff, breakfast is the same every day and it is simple but satisfying for the price. Pretty good overall, small room, quiet, clean.

good location, you can walk to Expo Guadalajara from the hotel, easy access butif you bathe when someone else in the hotel does, it is likely that you will have to bathe with cold water.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
I would not stay there unless I have no option staff overall I’d rude… they made me fill out a check in form WITH A BROKEN HAND… I’m not eve joking… mattresses are hard as a rock, it was really cold in guadalajara so I needed a quilt so they would not have a extra one in the closet as almost every hotel so I called and again remember I have a broken hand they made me go downstairs to pick it up myself… left at 5am and coffeemaker in room you just can’t use it because cable is to short and they only outlet is on top of headboard, soy again I go downstairs to leave and not even coffee made at 5 am super small parking so you might be bother at anytime to move your car if needed… WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
