I had the best experience! The hotel is an enchanted place! And they are even working in making it even more beautiful. Although the heart of this hotel is the staff, from the staff at the concierge area to everyone working there! They go far and beyond to make you feel welcome. Im a coffee drinker and they will bring me coffee to my room before breakfast started(I need coffee before the coffee). The location is perfect, safe and very walkable.(I traveled by myself) Close to many restaurants and cafes. I even found a library 5 minutes from the hotel! Definetly I will be back! I cant wait to see how far this hotel goes!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ganz. All of the staff were great, and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The hotel has been renovated which wasn't reflected in photos so the hotel in reality was nicer than the pictures.

Superior hetel and staff.
Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff took the time to give a detailed history of the property. Also, were able to provide excellent restaurant suggestions and activities. This was especially helpful as my Spanish speaking skills are about zero. Great location as well.

This is a charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful service in an ideal location. The area is full of excellent restaurants, cafes and notable architecture, all within easy walking distance. Yet, the hotel is far enough away from the loud bars and clubs to remain quiet and peaceful. It’s a quick Uber ride to Zona Centro, which is about 2 miles east. The period Spanish building is tastefully furnished and exudes old world charm.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of the location - the hotel is situated in a charming, tree-lined neighborhood that feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. But what really sets Villa Ganz apart is the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, I felt truly taken care of by the friendly and attentive team. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and it's clear that they take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests. Armando, Christopher and the whole team were amazing. Speaking of feeling at home, that's exactly how I felt during my stay at Villa Ganz. The boutique hotel has a cozy and intimate feel, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor that make you feel like you're staying in a luxurious private residence. Whether I was lounging in my room, enjoying a meal in the elegant dining are, or simply relaxing in the courtyard garden, I always felt at ease and relaxed. Overall, I can't recommend Villa Ganz enough. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat in Guadalajara with friendly staff and a home-away-from-home vibe, this is the place for you. Our stay at Villa Ganz was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location—especially the garden—is heavenly. Our room was on the first floor with a small private garden. I thought there might be noise from local bars but at night the room was exceptionally peaceful. The whole place makes for an elegant stay.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife options. The hacienda design and the beautiful courtyard were special parts of our experience at the Villa Ganz. Most importantly, we appreciated the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. We were well taken care of!
