Moonrise Retreat is a special place nestled on the edge of the Mendocino Forest, yet only minutes to the seaside town of Gualala. Peace and quiet can be found here, or fun and entertainment for the entire group. From relaxing decks with views of the forest to the studio boasting a pool table, ping pong table, and large screened TV to watch movies or to hook up your gaming console, there is something for everyone.
Please clean up after your pet if you brought one. There is cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
Patio Furniture cushions are kept in a storage box on the top deck. Please return them to the boxes when you leave.
Keep pets on a leash when outside. There are no fences or kennels.
We would appreciate no food or beverages in carpeted areas of the home.
Please notify me if the house is out of any supplies, if anything is broken during your stay. And notify me of any issues during your stay so that I can try and take care of them for you.
Lock Doors and Windows when you are not at the property.
No loud outside activities between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am

Beautiful, Peaceful, Fun
This place was awesome! Located at the end of a cul de sac it was quiet yet the game room offered fun for our family. It is conveniently 7 min from the local stores and restaurants. We were able to take our furbabies and it was a comfortable stay for our family. So great we would highly recommend.

A home in the Forest
How refreshing and renewing spending a week in a beautiful home surrounded by forest. The view was expansive and we were not even 10 minutes away from the ocean. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything I needed. Our host was responsive and very helpful. Our stay could not have been better!
