Fantastic Hotel - not close to expo centre
I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help.

All is good except asking customer to top up holding credit amount when charges are being put to room ( dining etc.. ). Gave me the feeling that they are afraid you do not have money to pay after check out. Great Stay
Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property looks new, well maintained, and has a nice design. We were also upgraded to a river view room, and the view looks spectacular. Always loved coming back to this hotel at night.

The best hotel to stay.We rate this hotel 7 Star.
We enjoyed our stay with you, the personel was amazing. Watson, Una, Leon, Tifany, Mark, The head chef, and his assistant, also the front desk at the check in desk, the dancers from Argentina, Venezuela, Coco & Joey. They all was very corteous. They all deserve 5 Stars.

They take care of all the details. When we returned from the Canton exhibition, they greeted us with Chinese performance and drinks.

New, modern, clean, high quality, friendly! The gym is well equipped, the indoor swimming pool is huge! The room is very spacious, and the lobby is great!
