Great Location and New Room
The check-in process might be a bit confusing as there are two counters at the lobby but none of it was for Hotel.com. The correct counter is located in the mall next to the lobby near H&M. The condition and amenities in the room are fair. Housekeeping is done daily. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

a bit weird to find the way to my room, there are 2 rooms that need to be access from a weird exit and it's quite hidden. good place to stay, strong air conditioner & water heater. however, the washing machine is not functioning, as well as the microwave & fridge did not function after 2 days staying there. But still will come back again and hope all works well.

An excellent service apartment
The service apartment is right above the Gong Yuan Qian metro station and thus very accessible to and from the airport and other places of interest. The check in process was efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked fine. We were given a room on the 31st floor and had a very good view of the city. Each room was issued with a room card and a lift card. The lift card was to activate the lift and this posed a big issue with us as we don't normally return to the hotel at the same time.

Great location with good food and shopping heaven
Pro: Great location. Located in a shopping mall. Near to shopping and good food area. Next to subway station gong-yuen-qian, which is connected to 2 convenient lines. 40 minutes train journey from airport. Can exit E (walk thru the underground but a lot of twist and turn for first time and crowded with people) or exit F (faster and shorter, cross the road, then; option 1:go thru the door between uniqlo and h&m, option 2: go to the building next to jie-deng shopping mall). Con: I booked a 4-person room in website but they offer me a 3-person room without a solid reason. End up I need to pay another 200rmb to upgrade the room to 4-person room.

HUGE RAT FOUND IN THE ROOM!!!!
I WAS JUST IN CHINA WITH MY WIFE FOR BUSINESS! AT 3AM WHILE MY WIFE WENT TO WASHROOM A RAT RAN ACROSS HER FEET!!!!! WE HAD TO LEAVE OUR HOTEL IN A PANIC AT 3AM AND THE HOTEL MANAGER REFUSED TO DO A SINGLE THING! NO REFUND DIDNT EVEN CARE! THEY TOLD US WE NEED TO DEAL WITH EXPEDIA SIINCE WE BOOKED THROUGH THEM! DEALING WITH EXPEDIA NOW! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! BEYOND DISGUSTING ESPECIALLY THE WAY THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Poor services with the front desk, getting know the room electrical got problem also didn't fix it. When I'm back to hotel at 2am, found that not electrical and due to the aircorn issue. At the same day, building maintenance guys already told them this room electrical got problem, but there didn't solve it. At 1st, the ladies still tell me to sleep wait until tomolo morning only change room to me. Make me wait until 4am only able change a room for me.

A good self service apartment
Very good location right in the city centre, very close to Metro and Beijing Road walking street. Room is spacious with kitchenette. Hotel is inside a residential building with a couple of Self service apartments. There are at least five receptions on the ground floor which took me sometime to find the right one. No breakfast but there are plenty of eating places around.
