House with 03 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within the Community "Lemon Tree Ranch" with complete leisure infrastructure and total security (doorman 24 hours).

The pool of natural water, the sauna and the grass soccer field are part of the condominium structure, surrounded by greenery to please nature lovers (wonderful view of the mountains and Atlantic Forest).

The house was renovated in 2014 and consists of:

- Lounge with 04 sofas, sound, DVD, Home Theater, 40 "LED TV with SKY.

- 1 suite with 1 double bed.

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and one bunk bed.

- 2 bathrooms remodeled with luxury shower.

- Kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer and utensils (cups, plates, pots and cutlery).

- Balcony with barbecue and networks to rest.

- Lawn Garden.

- Parking for 03 cars inside the ground, with possibility to park more cars in the internal street from the condo (at the house).

The house has beds to accommodate 9 people. For larger groups, they can be taken mats are spread in the room of the house.

Imóvel agradável num lindo condomínio.
A casa é ampla e bem equipada, e a área externa é mais bonita que nas fotos - o jardim é super bem cuidado. Ótima para levar cachorro, toda murada e segura. Proprietária atenciosa. A piscina natural do condomínio é maravilhosa! Só falta mesmo na casa tela nas janelas e ar-condicionado. Como há muito verde no entorno, entram muitos insetos, e se deixarmos tudo fechado a noite no verão esquenta bastante. Mas tem muitos ventiladores. Enfim, o custo-benefício é bastante favorável.

Recomendamos muito! Atendimento dos proprietários é nota 1.000. O condomínio é muito bom. Fomos com as crianças que logo no primeiro dia já fizeram amizade com outras crianças do condomínio e se divertiram muito. A casa não tem ar-condicionado, mas dispõem de ventiladores portáteis e todos os quartos com ventiladores de teto. Conta um com chuveirão maravilhoso para poder se refrescar e o no condomínio uma piscina natural que fica aberta 24 horas. Vamos repetir!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Tem bebedor, geladeira, fogão com forno, uma área externa com churrasqueira e uma varanda deliciosa! O condomínio é tranquilo, bonito e oferece várias formas de lazer. A dona da casa é muito atenciosa e solícita. Foi ótimo fim de semana.

Carnaval tranquilo
O imóvel estava bem limpo, a dona bem atenciosa, a casa é bem grande, confortável , a varanda ao lado da cozinha foi nosso preferido. A cozinha apesar de ter duas geladeiras uma não funcionava direito e não havia muitos potes plásticos para guardar as sobras de comida e fica como sugestão . O condomínio silencioso e agradável. Voltaria com certeza.

Casa ótima, estadia maravilhosa
Tivemos uma ótima experiência na casa da Neia, alugamos para o feriado do ano novo de 2017. Desde o primeiro momento ela e sua filha Renata foram muito atenciosas. Desde a elaboração do contrato até a entrega da chave no dia em que chegamos. A casa estava super limpinha e acomodou muito bem o nosso grupo com 10 pessoas. Tínhamos todos os utensílios necessários para a casa, os ventiladores e os colchonetes extras também ajudaram muito!! O condomínio é ótimo, com piscina, poucas casas. Não tivemos problemas com barulho, nem nada! FOi uma estadia tranquila e confortável! Super recomendo! E falo em nome de todo o grupo!! Obrigada Neia e Renata! Eu e minha família adoramos o imóvel, o condomínio é ótimo, muito limpo e bem cuidado, D. Néia e sua filha Renata são pessoas adoráveis, se colocaram a nossa disposição para o que precisássemos, sempre muito agradáveis e gentis. O imóvel é melhor ainda do que pela foto, é muito bem decorado, limpo e organizado, tem todos os utensílios de que se precisa, voltarei a este imóvel com certeza.
